Nog Penang

Today was 'Bianca-day' which means of course SHOPPING but I survived. Tonight we take a bus to Pulau Perhentian so let's see we will survive. Some general things: it is bloody hot and humid in Penang. Even at 11 o'clock in the evening it is still hot (don't worry, we have rooms with airco. The problem is when you have a nice cold beer in front of you and you want take your glass you loose so much sweat that you can do this forever..
The malaysians speak good english so instead of the weather, the language is no problem. We are travelling just before the holiday season so to get a nice hotel is simple and bargaining is possible. What is a big difference from europe is the total ignorance of pedestrians. You really have to take care where you put your foot because the pavements are full of motorcycles and holes and so on. On last remark: yesterday my foot seemed to change into a huge cockroach but luckely it was a real one so I could kill it. Yeah, I'm a real hero (huhum).
